## Definition
AI 自动检测客户消息使用的语言,并在回复时匹配该语言的能力,是多语言客服场景的基础技术。
## Why It Matters
小型本地服务企业(餐厅、诊所、发廊)的客户群体通常包含:
- 本地语言用户ES/EN
- 外语用户(旅游客户、跨境客户)
- 混合语言消息
自动语言检测确保 AI 用客户的语言回复,提升客户体验和响应准确率。
## Implementation
Language Detection 通常在 Intent Classification 之前执行:
