## Definition

||||
Micro-Sprint 是一种将大量任务分解为短时间(通常5分钟)可完成的微小冲刺的行为工程模式。通过时间盒约束和极简任务范围来对抗认知过载和任务瘫痪。

## Mechanism
|
||||
|
||||
- **触发条件**:用户队列 ≥ 5条待办,或用户状态为 "Overwhelmed" / 识别为 ADHD 倾向
|
||||
- **时间盒**:通常 5 分钟(可调整)
|
||||
- **任务粒度**:每次只呈现 **1个** 动作项
|
||||
- **执行流程**:推送「准备好了吗?」→ 用户确认 → 开始计时 → 完成 → 即时庆祝 → 询问继续或退出
|
||||
