+制胜主题（Win Theme）是连接解决方案与买家最紧迫需求的核心陈述，是提案叙事的骨架。每个提案需要 3-5 个制胜主题，必须在执行摘要、解决方案叙事、案例研究和定价说明中贯穿出现。

+- 命名买家的具体挑战，而非通用行业问题
+- 将具体能力与可衡量结果关联
+- 无需提及竞争对手即可实现差异化
+- 可通过证据、案例研究或方法论证明
+
+## Structure
+每个制胜主题包含：
+- **Buyer Need**：RFP 或发现阶段确定的特定挑战
+- **Our Differentiator**：能力、方法论或资产
+- **Proof Point**：指标、案例研究或证据
