+## Self-Serve Product Request（自助产品创建流程）
+
+Self-Serve Product Request 是 OpenText Product Hub（PHT）中新建产品的核心理念——由产品经理或开发经理自行提交，经业务线（LOB）审批后生效，无需人工干预即可完成产品创建。
+
+## 流程概述
+

+   - Business Unit (BU)
+   - Line of Business (LOB)
+   - Product Name
+   - Product Manager
+   - 开发经理
+   - 必需属性（如发布门控机制 P2M）
+        ↓
+   LOB 审批（业务线负责人审阅）

+   Product 创建完成

+## 权限配置
+
+- **Engineering 类型**：全权访问（Owner）
+- **Moderator 类型**：维护者访问

+## GitLab 同步注意事项
+
+- Source Repo 在 GitLab 创建后，需 **24 小时**才在 PHT 中反映
+- 空的 Group/Repository 无法在 PHT 中被搜索到
+
