## Definition

INVEST 是用于检查优质用户故事（User Story）的六项原则，由 Bill Wake 提出，是敏捷开发中需求质量保障的重要工具。

## INVEST 六原则

| 字母 | 原则 | 含义 | 反模式 |
|------|------|------|--------|
| **I** | Independent | 独立的——不与其他故事重复或依赖 | 包含另一个故事的内容 |
| **N** | Negotiable | 可协商的——业务方描述需求，技术方开放实现方式 | 过于详细的规定实现细节 |
| **V** | Valuable | 有价值的——对用户或客户有实际价值 | 只描述技术任务而无业务价值 |
| **E** | Estimable | 可估算的——团队能够估算工作量 | 需求描述过于模糊无法估算 |
| **S** | Small | 小型的——能在单个迭代中完成 | 需要跨越多个迭代才能完成 |
| **T** | Testable | 可测试的——能够验证是否完成 | 没有明确的验收标准 |
