## Definition
需求优先级分类方法，将功能分为四个类别以明确交付优先级。

## Categories
- **Must-Have（必须有）**：基本期望，缺失会导致客户不满
- **Should-Have（应该有）**：重要但不紧急的需求
- **Could-Have（可以有）**：期望但不关键的功能
- **Won't-Have（不能有）**：当前 sprint 明确排除的需求

## Application
用于 sprint 规划中的故事选择和干系人期望管理，确保核心功能优先交付。
