## Definition
Tool Orchestration（工具编排）是指通过统一的配置层和接口，集中管理多种外部工具（API、SaaS、CLI）的认证、调用和结果处理，使 AI Agent 能够跨多个工具执行复杂任务，而无需为每个工具单独编写集成代码。

## Core Components
1. **配置层**：集中存储所有工具的 API Key、OAuth Token、环境变量（如 [[OpenClaw]] 的 config.yaml）
2. **适配器/包装器**：为每个工具提供统一调用接口（[[ToolWrapper]]）
