## Definition
Self-Serve Migration（自服务迁移）是一种迁移模式，在这种模式下，各团队自行定义需求、规划迁移方案并执行管道转换，而非由中央团队统一执行。在 OpenText 的 GitHub 到 GitLab 迁移中采用此模式。

- 各团队自行定义在 GitHub 中拥有的资产
- 各团队规划如何移动代码和转换 CI/CD 管道
- Build Hub 团队仅在需要时提供协助
- 权限通过 PHT（Product Hub platform）进行自服务管理
