Definition
Documentation Theater（文档剧场）是一种反讽概念——形容产出大量文档/记录，但实际上没有任何有意义的行动或追踪跟进的现象。核心批评：形式大于实质，记录本身变成了目的，而非达成目的的手段。
Origin
本概念来自 meeting-notes-action-items source 中的一句话：
"Meeting notes that don't become tracked tasks are just documentation theater."
Core Insight
会议笔记的价值不在于"写得好不好"，而在于"写完之后是否有行动项被追踪"。一个格式完美但无人执行的会议记录，与完全不做记录相比，实际价值几乎为零。
