WSP Protocol（Workspaces Streaming Protocol）
WSP（Workspaces Streaming Protocol）是 Amazon Workspaces 专用的流传输协议，专为高延迟网络环境设计，确保远程用户在低质量网络条件下仍能获得可用的虚拟桌面体验。
Key Characteristics
- Purpose-built for latency: Designed for high-latency (high ping) networks
- Used by: Amazon-Workspaces exclusively
- Alternative to: PCoIP, Blast (VMware), RDP for remote desktop
Why It Matters
传统 VDI 协议在低延迟局域网表现良好，但在跨区域/远程办公场景下性能急剧下降。WSP 针对这一问题进行了专门优化，使 Amazon-Workspaces 能在全球范围内提供一致的桌面体验。
Connection to DR
WSP 的高延迟容忍度是 AWS-End-User-Computing 跨区域灾难恢复策略的基础 —— 可以在另一个 AWS 区域部署 Workspaces，利用 WSP 协议保证用户体验。
