Definition

制胜主题Win Theme是连接解决方案与买家最紧迫需求的核心陈述是提案叙事的骨架。每个提案需要 3-5 个制胜主题,必须在执行摘要、解决方案叙事、案例研究和定价说明中贯穿出现。

Core Principles

  • 命名买家的具体挑战,而非通用行业问题
  • 将具体能力与可衡量结果关联
  • 无需提及竞争对手即可实现差异化
  • 可通过证据、案例研究或方法论证明

Structure

每个制胜主题包含:

  • Buyer NeedRFP 或发现阶段确定的特定挑战
  • Our Differentiator:能力、方法论或资产
  • Proof Point:指标、案例研究或证据
  • Sections Where Appears:主题出现的章节列表

Example

  • Weak: "We have deep experience in digital transformation"
  • Strong: "Our migration framework reduces cutover risk by staging critical workloads in parallel — the same approach that kept [similar client] at 99.97% uptime during a 14-month platform transition"
