## Definition
|
||
Sprint Planning（冲刺规划）是 Scrum 框架中每个 Sprint 开始时的核心仪式——团队在固定时间盒内（本 Agent 实践中 Day 1）确定本 Sprint 要完成的工作、承诺的交付目标和实现路径。核心输入：Product Backlog；核心输出：Sprint Goal + Sprint Backlog。
