## Overview
Hero's JourneyMonomyth / 英雄之旅)是由 [[Joseph Campbell]] 在其著作《千面英雄》1949中系统提出的跨文化神话叙事结构。该理论主张全球文化的神话故事遵循一个共同的深层叙事结构——英雄离开日常世界 → 进入超自然领域 → 经历考验并获得力量 → 带着成功归来。
## Structure简化版
### 三阶段
1. **Departure启程**Ordinary World → Call to Adventure → Refusal of the Call → Meeting the Mentor → Crossing the First Threshold
2. **Initiation启蒙**Tests, Allies and Enemies → Approach to the Inmost Cave → Ordeal → Reward
3. **Return回归**The Road Back → Resurrection → Return with the Elixir
