## Definition
Kirkpatrick 四级评估模型是衡量企业培训效果的标准框架,由 Donald Kirkpatrick 于 1959 年提出,分为四个层次:
- **Level 1 — Reaction反应**学员对培训的满意度调查——课程评分、讲师评分、NPS
- **Level 2 — Learning学习**:知识与技能掌握程度——知识测验、技能实操评估、案例分析作业
- **Level 3 — Behavior行为**训后行为改变——30/60/90 天行为跟踪、上级观察、关键行为清单
- **Level 4 — Results结果**:业务指标变化——营收、客户满意度、生产效率、员工留存率

## Key Characteristics
- **逐级递进**Level 1-2 较易测量Level 3-4 需要更长周期和更复杂的数据收集
