## Definition
Net Revenue Retention净收入留存率NRR是衡量 SaaS/订阅业务健康度的终极指标,在一个固定时间段内(通常为月度或年度),以单一数字捕获了扩张收入、收缩和客户流失对总收入的影响。
## Formula

NRR = (Starting ARR - Contraction - Churn + Expansion) / Starting ARR × 100%
```
## Interpretation
| NRR Range | Interpretation |
|-----------|----------------|
| >130% | 世界级 — 强劲扩张文化,几乎无流失 |
| 110-130% | 优秀 — 健康的产品驱动增长 |
| 100-110% | 合格 — 需要加强扩张执行力 |
| <100% | 危险 — 流失超过扩张,需要立即干预 |
**NRR > 100% 意味着即使不获取任何新客户,现有客户也能驱动业务增长。**
## Why NRR > Bookings
- **Bookings**(新合同金额)反映销售能力,但忽视现有客户的健康
- **NRR** 反映产品价值和客户成功的实际成效
