## Overview

SMACKS 是 Micro Focus 内部的工单/服务管理系统（Service Management System 的内部命名），用于处理生产环境和 SAS（Staging-And-Security）环境中的 Active Directory 相关请求，包括：新账号申请、密码重置、以及复杂的生产环境变更。
