## Definition
Loyalty Program Management忠诚计划管理是对酒店或品牌忠诚会员全生命周期注册→入住→退房→再入住的系统性管理确保每位会员在其会员等级所对应的每一触点都被识别、认可和奖励。
## Lifecycle Stages
### 1. Enrollment注册
- 每次入住时主动向非会员推荐:"您是否加入了我们的[忠诚计划]?免费注册,本次入住即可赚取积分"
- 沟通核心价值:积分赚取比例、欢迎奖励、等级权益
- 兑换选项:未来房晚、餐饮、水疗服务
### 2. Tier Recognition等级认可
入住时每次必须执行的识别流程:
- **银卡**:欢迎+姓名+积分余额
- **金卡**:欢迎+姓名+积分余额+具体权益
- **白金/顶级**:最高级别认可 + 专属安排(升级/amenity/特殊礼遇)
> "Never let a loyalty member feel invisible" — 忠诚会员未被认可其身份等同于服务失误
### 3. Points Management积分管理
- 积分在退房后72小时内到账
- 餐饮、水疗、活动等额外消费同步积分
- 缺失积分48小时内提交忠诚团队+宾客确认
### 4. Complaint Escalation投诉升级
会员积分未到账、等级状态问题、兑换障碍:
1. 详细记录问题
2. 48小时内提交忠诚团队
3. 跟进宾客确认解决
