Win Theme(赢主题)是将解决方案与买家最迫切需求直接连接的、以买家为中心的声明(3-5 条),是贯穿整个提案的叙事支柱。每个赢主题必须可被证据证明,并与竞争对手形成自然差异化。

||

||
## Criteria(强赢主题标准)
|
||
|
||
1. **命名买家具体挑战**,而非泛泛的行业问题
|
||
2. **连接具体能力与可衡量成果**,而非空洞优势
|
||
3. **差异化无需提及竞争对手**,自身优势即对比
|
||
4. **可用证据证明**:案例数据、方法论细节或框架引用
|
||
|
||
