Win Theme赢主题是将解决方案与买家最迫切需求直接连接的、以买家为中心的声明3-5 条),是贯穿整个提案的叙事支柱。每个赢主题必须可被证据证明,并与竞争对手形成自然差异化。
## Criteria强赢主题标准
1. **命名买家具体挑战**,而非泛泛的行业问题
2. **连接具体能力与可衡量成果**,而非空洞优势
3. **差异化无需提及竞争对手**,自身优势即对比
4. **可用证据证明**:案例数据、方法论细节或框架引用
## Weak vs. Strong Examples

## Integration Rules
- 赢主题必须出现在:**执行摘要、方案叙事、案例研究、定价说明**四个位置
- 孤立的主题 = 无形的主题
- 按提案章节(而非按主题)组织内容:每个章节聚焦一个主题,其他主题作为次要支撑
