## Definition
赢标主题Win Themes是连接解决方案与买方最紧迫需求的核心叙事陈述是提案的叙事支柱。3-5 个强主题贯穿整个提案——执行摘要、解决方案叙事、案例研究、定价逻辑。
## Core Characteristics
一个强赢标主题必须满足:
- **命名买方具体挑战**,而非泛泛的行业问题
- **连接具体能力与可衡量成果**
- **差异化**,无需提及竞争对手即可实现
- **可证明**,能用证据、案例或方法论支撑
## Structure
每个赢标主题的结构:

## Example
**弱主题**"We have deep experience in digital transformation"(泛泛而言,可替换为任何客户)
**强主题**"Our migration framework reduces cutover risk by staging critical workloads in parallel — the same approach that kept [similar client] at 99.97% uptime during a 14-month platform transition"(具体客户情境 + 可量化成果 + 方法论支撑)
## Key Principles
- 赢标主题必须贯穿整个提案:孤立的主题 = 隐形的主题
- 内容库按主题而非章节组织,加速提案并保持叙事一致性
- 每个主题必须经过压力测试:是否针对此买方?是否可证明?是否差异化?竞争对手能否也声称同样优势?
