## Definition
|
||
Agent 工作流中的强制优先级策略：任何新任务开始前，必须先检查并修复 bugs/ 目录下的第一个文件（按字母顺序），在修复完成前不允许处理任何新功能。

## Why It Works
|
||
- 阻止 Agent 的"快速实现冲动"，强制回归稳定性
|
||
- 每次修复后自然触发新一轮审查循环
|
||
- 与人类开发中的"消防员模式"相同：最紧急的先处理
|
||
