||
制胜主题(Win Theme)是连接解决方案与买家最紧迫需求的核心陈述,是提案叙事的骨架。每个提案需要 3-5 个制胜主题,必须在执行摘要、解决方案叙事、案例研究和定价说明中贯穿出现。

||
- 命名买家的具体挑战,而非通用行业问题
|
||
- 将具体能力与可衡量结果关联
|
||
- 无需提及竞争对手即可实现差异化
|
||
- 可通过证据、案例研究或方法论证明
|
||
|
||
## Structure

||
每个制胜主题包含:
|
||
- **Buyer Need**:RFP 或发现阶段确定的特定挑战
|
||
- **Our Differentiator**:能力、方法论或资产
|
||
- **Proof Point**:指标、案例研究或证据
|
||
